Refunds

  • For addressing customer returns or refunds, please reach out to [email protected].
  • We want you to love Mojo as much as we do! If you do not for any reason, we’d love to first hear why, so we can improve!
  • If you didn’t feel the intended effects or don’t enjoy the chews for any reason, we will do our best to offer another product at a discount that is more suited, share resources to make the most of your Mojo experience, or a refund if we can’t make things better. A restocking fee may be applied ($4 US for USA and international orders or $8.50 CAD for Canadian orders)
  • If you receive the incorrect product, please share with us your order number and an image of the product you received and we will happily send you the correct Mojo product.
  • If you received a damaged or unconsumable Mojo, please send us an image and description of the issue and if it fits our criteria we will ship you more Mojo.
  • Refund requests will only be considered within 30 days after the purchase is made.

Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are easily managed and customized through the customer’s account, click here!
  • Customers will receive renewal updates for their subscription 3 days prior to the next order being placed via text or email.
  • It is up to the customer to ensure they are managing their subscription as they wish, pausing, canceling, changing frequency, skipping, etc.
  • Subscription orders that have not yet been fulfilled & shipped, may still be canceled & refunded.
  • Subscription orders once fulfilled, cannot be canceled. However, if customers want to receive a refund, the product must first be returned to Mojo’s shipping facility via the process below.

Returns Process & Timelines:

  • Initiated returns will only be accepted within 30 days after the purchase is made, for unopened and undamaged products. A restocking fee ($4 US for USA and international orders or $8.50 CAD for Canadian orders) may be applied. 
  • To initiate a return please reach out to our customer success at [email protected]
  • Once the return is accepted, we will provide the shipping address for the return, which is the responsibility of the customer to prepare and ship the return back.
  • Returns will be processed once they are received back to our shipping facility.
  • Upon inspection, if approved the returned items will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
  • After the refund has been initiated, the funds should hit the account within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
