Here’s a bit more info regarding shipments:


Shipping Times

  • Our orders usually take 3-10 days for US shipments, between 2-14 days for shipments to Canada, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. These timelines are based on standard shipping times provided by our shipping partners. These timelines are, unfortunately, subject to our shipping partner’s ability to fulfill them.

  • We make sure to offer you affordable shipping rates and reliable shipping times, but carriers sometimes experience delays, mishaps, or losses. When this happens, we’ll work hard to make it right, fast.


Order Status


  • If your order tracking number says "In transit, arriving late" this is a status update provided by USPS. This shipment is still on its way, but there’s been a delay experienced by USPS. 

  • In this case, shipments ‌often arrive a few days later than the expected delivery. If the delay is longer than a few days, let us know and we'll get another shipment to you ASAP!

  • Dates in your USPS tracking are based on ‘system estimated delivery dates’ and are created at the time the package is handed off from Mojo to USPS. They’re not always re-calculated for new circumstances. This means that USPS's expected delivery is an estimation.
